Vintage Ge General Electric Flip Number Clock

When plugged in power can be heard but the volume dial is very sensitive and produces a lot of distortion. I do not think the clock is ticking. There is some visible usage and aging wear but is in overall fair cosmetic condition. Due to the issues with the volume and clock, this unit is being sold “as is”, for parts or repair.
